Service Scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of all services and products provided by Trove Deck Solution (sole proprietorship, Malaysia), including:
- In-house products available on our subdomains: PowerDash, Trove POS, TroveChat, VellumNote, TroveTrack, TroveDial, TroveScope, MTPines, ReplyAI, and CC Remote. Each product may publish additional terms on its own subdomain — those product-specific terms control for that product where they conflict with these general terms.
- Custom software development engagements: web applications, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, automation systems, MT4/MT5 indicators, scripts and expert advisors, Flutter applications, and Windows desktop software.
- Consulting and technical implementation services delivered on a project or retainer basis.
By accessing any product or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
In-house Product Subscriptions
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures are published on each product's subdomain and form part of the agreement for that product.
- Where a free trial period is offered, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time through the product's account management interface or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the product's specific terms state otherwise.
- We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Refunds, where available, are handled per each product's refund policy as posted on its subdomain.
Custom Development Engagements
All custom development work is governed by the scope agreed to in writing — whether that takes the form of a chat agreement, a project contract, or a signed Statement of Work (SOW). Once a scope is accepted:
- Scope changes or additions may require a revised quote and timeline before work proceeds.
- Pricing is determined by complexity, delivery timeline, risk profile, testing requirements, and post-delivery maintenance scope.
- For projects above a minimum threshold (specified per engagement), payment is structured around agreed milestones. Milestone payments are due on the schedule defined in the engagement agreement.
- Each engagement defines the number of revision rounds included and an acceptance window during which you may raise issues with the delivered work. Issues raised outside the acceptance window may be treated as new scope.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, unavailable access credentials, or changes to third-party APIs outside our control.
User Responsibilities
When using any Trove Deck Solution product or service, you agree to the following:
- You will not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any of our products beyond what is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication mechanisms, or security features of any product.
- You will not use our systems to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You will provide accurate information when registering for products or engaging services, and will keep that information current.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
- Your materials: Client-provided materials, business data, strategy logic, trading algorithms, and proprietary content remain your property. We have no claim over what you bring to an engagement.
- Delivered code: Ownership and licensing of code we write for a custom engagement is defined in the engagement contract. Where no explicit agreement exists, delivered code is licensed to you for your use but we retain the right to reuse general architectural patterns, non-proprietary utility functions, and tooling developed in the course of our work.
- Confidentiality: We do not disclose your business information, private code, or proprietary configurations to any third party without your explicit written permission, except where required by law.
- Our intellectual property: Trove Deck Solution retains all rights to our in-house products, branding, frameworks, libraries, and general tooling. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our products to you.
Risk Disclaimer — Trading-related Work
Where we build trading-related tools such as MT4/MT5 indicators, expert advisors (EAs), automated scripts, or market analysis systems, the following applies:
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results.
Any tool, indicator, script, or automated system we engineer is a technical implementation only. It does not constitute investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a guarantee of profit.
We are not responsible for losses arising from market volatility, slippage, liquidity conditions, broker execution differences, connectivity issues, or any market event beyond our control.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We provide engineering, not investment advice.
Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided "as is" within the scope defined by the applicable product terms or engagement agreement.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- For paid in-house product subscriptions, our maximum aggregate liability to you is capped at the total fees you paid for that specific product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- For custom development engagements, our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by Malaysian law.
Termination
- You may cancel any in-house product subscription at any time per that product's cancellation terms.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to any product or service immediately and without prior notice if you materially violate these Terms, if you are in non-payment, or if your use poses a security or legal risk to our systems or other users.
- Termination of custom development engagements follows the terms set out in the engagement contract. Where no contract provision addresses early termination, fees for work completed to date are due upon termination.
- On termination of a product subscription, your access ends at the close of the paid period. We are not obligated to retain your data beyond any retention period stated in the product's terms.
Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice via the website or by email to registered users. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- 咨询与技术实施服务：以项目制或月度顾问形式提供。
访问我们的任何产品或委托我们提供服务，即表示您同意接受本条款。如不同意，请勿使用我们的服务。
自有产品订阅
各产品的订阅定价、计费周期、续期方式及取消流程，均在该产品的子域名页面上公示，构成相应产品协议的一部分。
- 若提供免费试用期，试用到期时将自动转换为付费订阅，除非您在试用期结束前主动取消。
- 您可随时通过产品账户管理界面或联系我们取消订阅，取消效力自当前计费周期结束时生效（产品专属条款另有规定的除外）。
- 我们保留在合理提前通知的前提下调整订阅价格的权利，继续使用即视为接受新价格。
- 退款政策以各产品子域名上公示的内容为准。
定制开发项目
所有定制开发工作均以书面确认的范围为准，形式可为聊天记录协议、项目合同或签署的工作说明书（SOW）。范围一经确认：
- 范围变更或新增需求可能需要重新报价并调整交付时间，确认后方可继续推进。
- 定价依据复杂度、交付周期、风险等级、测试范围及后续维护需求综合评估。
- 规模较大的项目采用里程碑付款方式，具体里程碑节点及对应金额在项目协议中明确。
- 各项目协议中会明确包含的修改轮次及验收窗口期。验收窗口期结束后提出的问题可能视为新需求。
- 因客户方反馈延迟、账号权限未能及时提供或第三方 API 变更导致的延期，我们不承担责任。
用户责任
使用 Trove Deck Solution 的任何产品或服务，您须承诺：
- 不将我们的产品或服务用于任何违法目的，包括但不限于欺诈、洗钱或市场操纵。
- 不对任何产品进行逆向工程、反编译或源码提取（适用法律明确允许的情形除外）。
- 不尝试绕过任何产品的频率限制、访问控制、身份验证机制或安全功能。
- 不利用我们的系统传播恶意软件、垃圾内容或任何有害内容。
- 妥善保管账户登录凭证，并对账户下发生的所有行为负责。
- 注册产品或委托服务时提供真实准确的信息，并保持信息的时效性。
知识产权与保密
- 您的材料：客户提供的素材、业务数据、策略逻辑、交易算法及专有内容均归您所有，我们对此不主张任何权利。
- 交付代码：定制开发项目中，代码的归属与授权方式在项目协议中明确。协议未明确时，交付代码授权您使用，但我们保留对开发过程中形成的通用架构模式、非专有工具函数及开发工具的复用权利。
- 保密义务：未经您明确书面授权，我们不会向任何第三方披露您的业务信息、私有代码或专有配置，法律强制要求的情形除外。
- 我们的知识产权：Trove Deck Solution 对自有产品、品牌、框架、库及开发工具享有全部权利。本条款不向您转让我们产品的所有权。
风险提示 — 交易相关工作
对于我们承接的 MT4/MT5 指标、EA、自动化脚本或市场分析系统等交易工具的开发，以下条款适用：
金融市场交易涉及重大亏损风险，历史表现与回测结果均不代表未来收益。
我们所开发的任何工具、指标、脚本或自动化系统，均为纯技术实现，不构成投资建议、交易推荐或盈利保证。
因市场波动、滑点、流动性不足、经纪商执行差异、网络中断或其他不可控市场事件导致的损失，我们不承担任何责任。
您对自己的交易决策负完全责任。我们提供的是工程实现，而非投资建议。
责任限制
我们的产品和服务在对应产品条款或项目协议所定义的范围内"按现状"提供。
- 因使用我们的产品或服务而产生的间接损失、后果性损失、附带损失、特殊损失或惩罚性损失，即使我们已被告知此类损失的可能性，我们均不承担赔偿责任。
- 对于付费订阅的自有产品，我们对您的最高赔偿总额以您在索赔前 12 个月就该产品实际支付的订阅费用为上限。
- 对于定制开发项目，我们的最高赔偿总额以您就该具体项目实际支付的费用为上限。
- 本条款中任何内容均不排除或限制马来西亚法律不允许排除的责任。
终止
- 您可随时按各产品取消条款取消自有产品订阅。
- 若您严重违反本条款、存在未付款项，或您的使用对我们的系统或其他用户构成安全或法律风险，我们可立即暂停或终止您对任何产品或服务的访问，无需事先通知。
- 定制开发项目的提前终止按项目合同约定处理。合同未作约定时，终止时已完成工作的对应费用在终止时到期应付。
- 订阅终止后，您的访问权限在已付费周期结束时终止。超出产品条款所述数据保留期后，我们没有义务继续保存您的数据。
条款更新与联系方式
我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过网站公告或向注册用户发送电子邮件的方式提前合理告知。在更新生效日期后继续使用我们的服务，视为您接受修订后的条款。
